INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

Individual therapy is for you if you want to start a process of self-discovery, or if you find yourself in a blocking situation or difficult to manage: it could be a life crisis, a separation, a reorientation, the birth of a child, the loss of a loved one or just the urge and the need to connect deeper with yourself.

By gradually becoming aware of your personality or ego, your automatisms, blockages and limitations, you will be able to contact your deep being, which means your full potential, the one that every human being carries with him. You can then give free rein to your natural impulses of love, freedom, creativity and knowledge.

Individual sessions usually involve a verbal exchange with the patient, then we work the body and breathing to relax the mind and let the body guides us to healthy exits to apply in everyday life.
